No more excuses. No more “I didn’t know.” No more hiding behind denunciations, viral outrage, donation links, or promises of “the next election.”

The Gerber Approach is the final spoon-fed clarity: open your mouth, swallow the truth, or be forever exposed as entertainment, not emancipation.

What the Gerber Approach Actually Demands

This is not a suggestion. It is the only structurally coherent path out of oligarchic capture, drawn directly from the diagnosis on democraticus.org: representative systems are oligarchies in disguise, confiscating sovereignty while maintaining the illusion of participation.

Here are the mandatory, non-negotiable actions. Adopt them publicly and immediately, or your continued activity proves you are part of the distraction apparatus.

Cease all denunciation as primary content. Constant outrage without structural solution merely legitimizes the system by treating it as reformable. Stop feeding the illusion.
End every reference to “voting the right people” or “next election” as a fix. Current electoral laws are rigged by design: blocked lists, thresholds, implicit majorities, double-binds that punish abstention. Participating under them renews the confiscation of sovereignty. Say this explicitly.
Reject and denounce passive reliance on leaders, parties, or influencers. No more “follow me,” “support my movement,” “donate to fight back,” “wait for the awakening.” Sovereignty is not delegated to you or any hero. Citizens must act directly.
Publicly declare the current constitutions, institutions, politicians, and representative systems illegitimate. They lack genuine, informed, revocable consent from sovereign citizens. They are not born of authentic delegation.
State clearly: there is NO legal or moral obligation to obey, submit, wait, or defer. Without legitimate bond or consent, compliance is voluntary. Citizens can—and must—withdraw it.
Announce that citizens themselves must author the new electoral law. Direct citizen process, free of party interference, to eliminate structural capture.
Announce that citizens themselves must draft and ratify the new Constitution. The foundational pact must be reborn from sovereign hands, not imposed top-down.
Call for the immediate establishment of a Permanent Civic Assembly drawn by sortition (random lot). This body stands structurally above legislative, executive, and judicial powers with binding oversight. No parties, no leaders, multilingual transparency, public deliberation, ironclad anti-conflict mechanisms.
Initiate or support citizen-driven Referendum (or equivalent direct mechanism) to activate the above. Force the question: Do citizens now reclaim sovereignty by authoring the rules and instituting the Civic Assembly? Use existing tools—signature thresholds, mass mobilization—to make it binding.
Demand and enforce absolute structural no-conflict-of-interest rules. No representative may deliberate or decide on matters of personal, party, financial, or career advantage. Salaries, pensions, immunities, re-election rules must be set by the Civic Assembly or direct citizen vote—never by those who benefit.
Dedicate platforms to relentless education on real democracy and its daily maintenance. Teach what democracy truly is: government OF and BY the people, not by temporary delegates. Citizens are the permanent guardians; the Civic Assembly is the immune system of the republic.
Immediately dismantle your own savior infrastructure. Shut down party-building, leader cults, outrage-for-profit content. Redirect energy to publishing this article, translating/sharing the Manuale di Attuazione and Manuale dell’Elettore, organizing first citizen drafting groups for referendum text and Civic Assembly rules. If you keep producing “dissident entertainment” instead, you confess the truth: your brand depends on no change happening.

The Reckoning

You were invited. You were given the manual. From this publication onward, every post, video, podcast, rally, or book that avoids these steps is intentional obstruction.

If you keep fundraising on fear without mentioning the Civic Assembly: you are distracting.
If you keep hyping elections without declaring them illegitimate under current rules: you are legitimizing theft.
If you stay silent on this article after seeing it: your silence is endorsement of the status quo.

Citizens now have the test: Share this with every “savior” you follow. Ask publicly: “Will you adopt the Gerber Approach in full, starting today?”

Their response—or lack of one—ends the charade.
